Vegan & Gluten-free Jaffa Cakes Jaffa cakes are one of those treats that I missed the most since I started avoiding dairy and gluten. Once a Jaffa Cake pack was opened, there was no stopping me. i am currently 6 foot 240 pounds which i dropped from 300 pounds, looking to drop to 200 pounds. my planned exercise routine will be daily 2 hour workouts - 1 hour in the morning, 1 hour in the evening. except sundays. i am currently doing 30 minute runs (shoutout c25k!! ) 3 times weekly. so i decided to start tracking my macros. but things are not going well at all. different sites have different methods of calculating macros, and the calculations can be 1k+ calories off of each other. how do i know what i should follow? protein intake has people online saying i should take in 160g to 250g. fats intake has people online saying i should take in 60g to 100g. carbs intake has people online saying i should take in 169 grams to 300 grams. even daily calories are confusing. some people are telling me to go for 2k calories daily, some calculators are telling me to go for 3k calories, some people are listing 3k calories at 160 pounds for girls, others are listing 1. 8k calories at 205 pounds for guys.
