Anyway, all this stuff is confusing me. It brings me back to the question of why humans are said to have stopped 10, 000 years ago when other animals and plants still show signs of change? Why don't we go back, say 600 years and adapt a diet of our ansestors from then? Or even 250 years? Why 10, 000? Errata: when I first asked Google, "how many generations in ten thousand years? " The answer I received was thirty thousand. Thanks to a post below, I discovered that it is more likely 500 human generations. I suspect I didn't ask Google in a way it expected, so it gave me the answer to a different question than the one I thought I asked.
