Recently I just take the supplement once in awhile now. Stomach pains were the worst for me, but now they're gone. My esophagus doesn't feel like there's acid or something lingering there. I just feel normal. Coffee and foods don't trouble me anymore, but I still have the GERD habit of filling my stomach before drinking coffee or anything that would trigger it. And a side note, I might not have severe sleep apnea anymore either. But I haven't been tested though. I just don't feel like trash in the morning anymore. But I have to wonder, is the barium swallow test accurate? Endoscopy seems like we have to pay to do it and my physician didn't seem to want me to do it either. I'm curious, cuz I no longer have to worry about a hernia or esophageal cancer. And I thought GERD was permanent like my sleep apnea?
