Until recently, I was juggling both formal study and seeing clients, and rarely a day went by where my head wasn't buried in a textbook at every possible opportunity. Much of my day is now dedicated to seeing clients in a personal, one-on-one setting. I adopt a highly individualised approach because each person has their own unique circumstance. I build each nutrition and lifestyle plan from the ground up. What inspires you? We're living in a time when, given some luck and the right circumstances, we have the potential to live healthier and longer than ever before. I'm greatly inspired when I see people influence the trajectory of their health by making fundamental changes in how they choose to eat, live and feel. I believe that all of us are in the position to potentially extend our health span, and to compress or even abolish the latter years where we may suffer from ill health. We're also entering a period where the immense power of data mining and computer technology is being directed towards disease, health and ageing.
