08-12-2002, 09:09 PM #1 Member 1 litre of milk at night This is my very first post! Yehey! i drink 1 liter of skim milk before going to sleep. Do you guys think this is too much? Will the carbs(50 grams) make me fat?. i take this with 2 tbsp. Skippy Superchunk(i love this stuff). Im 5'11", 164 lbs at around 14% bf(maybe). i train 3 times a week. im bulking right now. i know cottage cheese is a much better choice but milk tastes much better and is much cheaper here. Thats not only alot of carbs but essentually its the sugar thats going to hurt you. can you afford a mrp? 08-13-2002, 06:12 AM #3 7:00am - 1/2 cup oatmeal, 4 egg whites and 1 whole egg, milk 10:00 - 4 loaves whole wheat bread on pb 1:00 - can of tuna + 4 loaves whole wheat bread 4:00 - same as 1pm meal 7:00 - 2 cans of tuna before bed - 1 litre milk + 2 tbsp. pb im in college right now and i live in a dormitory and we are not allowed to cook so I can just get my protein from sources like tuna(yukk), milk & whey protein powder.
