Since I don't really need a bike and am not sure how this will turn out I want to keep it on a pretty good budget. I figure I'll use ebay to search for good, but well priced parts. But I'm really stuck on what to do for a frame. I've run into this Evo Vantage 5. 0 frameset for sale all over. I know it is for a really cheap road bike, but is it a decent frame? Or would I regret using this frame? Any good frame options out there on a budget? I'd prefer to be able to build something more like a gravel bike, but am not going to be too picky. Just thought maybe others have done the same and could have some good tips.

Yes, and a lot of it is also a lack of perspective. When I was a vegetarian, I frequently heard the question of "what do you eat? " It struck me as a weird question, because for the most part, I ate the same things as everyone else. I've gone long periods (>10 years) as a vegetarian and long periods as an omnivore, and honestly it doesn't change my eating habits all that much. Most of my diet is exactly the same (e. g. cereal, eggs, fruit, bagels, pancakes, hash browns, pizza, all kinds of pasta), and most of the rest has simple 1:1 substitutions (e. g bean burritos instead of beef, falafel instead of lamb gyro, veggie burger instead of hamburger, tofu/veggie curry instead of chicken curry, normal salads without bacon/anchovies, eggplant parmigiana instead of chicken parmigiana, veggie dumplings instead of pork dumplings, etc. ). Somehow many people cannot imagine this. For some people, having even a single meal without meat is an alien concept. 20 years ago it was harder. Back then, fast food was largely off the table, with a few exceptions like Subway and Taco Bell.
