As the title suggests I'm looking for workout plans to get in shape for the 2021 fire season. I'm probably already behind the curve but it's better to start now than a few weeks before the pack test like I did this season. I do have limited access to a gym, but most of what I would be doing is at home. I'm guessing the best answer is going to be doing a lot of running, pushups, situps, and squats and occasionally practicing the pack test at home to get an idea for pacing.
