I've been on Lexapro 20 mg for I want to say almost 30 months? I lost count but somewhere thereabouts. And I've been on Wellbutrin along with Lexpro at 450 mg for around 22 months now. Edit: Forgot to add I've been diagnosed with the standard MDD and GAD. This is from a second opinion. Plus I've seen various psychologists over the years, all experienced in clinical work and two who were/are very into diagnostics. They all had their doctorates and did therapy on the side with their research, was very lucky to work with some of them. I am very firm in my belief of my conditions, since I've had second, third and forth+ opinions. I recently switched to a new psychiatrist and they had recommended for my more crippling aspects of my GAD, mostly the poor ability to deal with anxiety attacks that there could be a better alternative to Lexapro.
