3 egg whites:17 cals each One large (43g) tomatoes: 9 calories One slice of seeded brown bread: 124 calories ( I know carbohydrates are bad, but I had a test today) = 184 calories Lunch - grapes and half a tangerine 13 grapes: 40 cals 1/2 Tangerine: 22 cals One whole tangerine is 44 calories. I had half = 62 calories Dinner- stir fry veg and 2 salmon fish cakes Stir fry Veg: 210 cals Fish cakes: 246 each... ( I had 1 and 1/2 fish cakes, so around 369 cals... ) =576 (eh! FUCK) Dinner was difficult today, I'd planned to have an omelette and stay under 400 day total, but my mum was stressed and started telling me what I had to eat. She doesn't realise that I'll have to punish myself for her meddling... Day total= 822. Whoop! 188 calories under target! The plan is to eat less than 1000 calories each day. Easy, right? But I am gonna bring down the total down 50 each day. By Friday, I will have a goal of under 750 and then on Sunday, I fast. This isn't a hard diet to most anas, but I have only just begun, and still have a large stomach to fill. I'm going to be working my way through each of the diets, posting results and reviews for each. I wont post pictures of my face, but probably some before and afters for each diet:) Currently, I have only tried the 3-day diet, but I couldn't finish it as my parents got kinda touchy.
