I know your post isn't about weight loss, but I have struggled my whole like with weight loss BECAUSE of my BED. And here I am starting to come out the other side. I'm no different that you. Also one last thing is that it's important to let yourself mess up sometimes. If you fuck up and binge, don't beat yourself up. When you binge and feel shit and have negative thoughts about yourself that's the same part of your mind trying to bring you down.
