I checked in to Holiday Inn Club Vacation Orange Lake Resort in Kissimmee, FL at approximately 12:15am on Thursday 5/27/2021. No one informed me that it was canceled and that I was placed in the tour for 7:45am. I informed Judy & Maria that I could do any tour times for the balance of that day, Friday, May 28, 2021 and on Saturday, May 29, 2021, still trying to be proactive after they dropped the ball.
