I have no relatives with coeliac, I have barely any symptoms (compared to the list of potential symptoms), and I'm not in the at risk age ranges I could find (I'm 20F). I also know with 100% certainty that I've never been iron or B12 deficient, because I was test at least every 6-12months from age 10-18 because I had issues with dizziness and passing out and doctors blamed literally everything I was ever sick with on my life long vegetarianism (despite have 3 healthy siblings on the same diet) and this eventually mostly stopped and was attributed to me being tall and growing "too fast". I haven't done the test yet as most labs were closed over christmas and I now can't convince myself to put up with the gluten and sickness/symptoms, especially while I'm trying to work and attend uni. I also would have to wait a few weeks anyway because I'm currently being tested for some other stuff.
